CRM Concept is a small Saxon GmbH split between Berlin and Pirna. We know each other from our FidorBank years: Corin set up the Salesforce CRM there, Daniel ran payment operations. CRM Concept grew out of that combination, someone who builds the system and someone who has to answer for it in daily operations.
Twelve years in CRM, eight of them in the Salesforce ecosystem. Most recently Senior Technical Consultant at Salesfive for enterprise, nonprofit and Mittelstand projects. Before that, four years of process and CRM ownership at FidorBank in Berlin. Maths at TU Berlin.
Thirteen years in banking, most recently Head of Payment Services at FidorBank in Berlin. Before that, accounting at Sächsische Aufbaubank in Dresden, customer advisory at Ostsächsische Sparkasse, banking apprenticeship in Pirna. At CRM Concept he owns testing, audit discipline and team coordination. So changes land safely even in operations where mistakes are expensive.

You choose the region. Default is Germany (Frankfurt), but we can host in any region your compliance team requires. GDPR-compliant setup with data-processing agreement as standard. You retain full control: export anytime as CSV, JSON, or via API.
