The process tool: our own tool, hands-on.

This is the editor we use in workshops to draw your processes. Not a mockup, not a screenshot: the real tool, right here in the browser. Drag boxes, connect arrows, rebuild one of your own workflows.

What you see here is a finished product. For customers it becomes more: requirements, processes, project management and CRM in one system.

Tip: Start from a preset (Standard, Trades) or from blank. Everything is saved locally in your browser, nothing leaves your device.

For customers

The browser is enough to try it. Customers get more.

Saving with a login and linking to tickets and requirements are deliberately disabled here. For customers, both are included. Then diagrams stop being pictures and become working states.

Diagrams live in the project, not in your browser cache. Versioned, shareable with the team, reachable from any device.

Tickets and requirements

Every process step can link directly to requirements and tickets. The diagram becomes a backlog, not a PDF.

Processes describe how you work with customers. That's why everything integrates into the CRM, not the other way round.

In use in the workshop

The discovery workshop and process mapping produce exactly these diagrams: lead to invoice, complaints, recurring services. The results are tool-neutral and yours, whichever CRM comes next.
