Discovery / Structured requirements gathering
A half- to full-day workshop with the people who'll actually use the system. We listen, challenge assumptions, document.
- Stakeholder interviews
- Current-state analysis
- Target picture & success metrics
We start with a discovery workshop, not a software demo. You get a requirements profile, an audit of your tool landscape and your processes properly mapped. Deliverables that stand on their own, whatever CRM comes next.
Then you choose: We guide the CRM you pick or already run. Or we build on our own, done-for-you, priced by real cost.
Before we configure anything, we understand it. Discovery and process mapping aren't add-ons, they're standalone deliverables: requirements profile, audit, process maps. Tool-neutral, usable with any system. Not just ours.
A half- to full-day workshop with the people who'll actually use the system. We listen, challenge assumptions, document.
We map your workflows. Lead to invoice, complaints, recurring services. The way they really run. Then we build to that.
And if you continue with us afterwards, the workshop fee is credited in full.
You don't need an in-house IT person. We roll out, train your team, and stay close as you grow.
You walk away with a detailed, usable requirements profile. And you know what you actually want, challenged by people who've seen hundreds of rollouts.
Your relevant processes in one consistent, professional design. Reusable, with a target-state analysis as the basis for configuration.
We configure, on the CRM you chose or on ours. Training as a product: train yourselves with the materials, or we take it over. Either way, you hold the key.
The finished house, handed over turnkey. We stay close for hypercare, growth and new extensions.
The roadmap is a schedule, not a vague promise. The example shows a focused, single-team rollout. More departments or sites keep the same phases, build and onboarding stretch with the scope. Drag the week, or let it play.
Deliverable: Requirements profile, process maps and a ranked list of friction points.
Indicative timing for a focused rollout. Bigger teams, more integrations or several sites keep these phases but run longer. Your real schedule comes out of the workshop, sized to your scope.
Most CRM projects start with the software and bend the business to fit it. We do it the other way around: The workshop shows how you really work. Then you choose how to continue.
We implement the CRM you choose, or fix the one you already run. Vendor-neutral, no sales agenda.
For you if a tool is already set, or licenses are already running.
Our own CRM, implemented done-for-you. Priced by real cost instead of per seat.
For you if you want one partner for the system and the build.
Either way: The workshop fee is credited toward whatever you build next. You never pay twice for the same thinking.
It's remarkable how you already know our processes better than we do.

Process mapping produces exactly these diagrams: lead to invoice, complaints, recurring services. Here is the editor, hands-on. Drag boxes, connect arrows, rebuild one of your own workflows.
Tip: Start from a preset (Standard, Trades) or from blank. Everything is saved locally in your browser, nothing leaves your device.
Outgrown spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and starter tools. But the big-name vendors (Salesforce, ServiceTitan, nonprofit suites) are too expensive, too big, or too generic. That's exactly where we come in.
... run on spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and HubSpot Free
... and jobs, quotes, or appointments are slipping through
... are paying for Salesforce or ServiceTitan
... and using a fraction of what you bought
... just hired, expanded, or launched a new service line
... and your tools aren't keeping up
... pull tax-deductible receipts (ZWB) manually from spreadsheets
... and your bookkeeping is disconnected from donor comms
No feature bloat, just the things that actually save time in day-to-day operations.
Lead → quote → job → invoice in one system. Not four tools, four logins, four sync errors.
Who's where tomorrow? Drag & drop the week, no WhatsApp ping-pong at 10pm.
From job to quote in 30 seconds. Customer signs on the tablet on-site, invoice goes out, done.
Calls, emails, WhatsApp, past jobs, all attached to the customer. No more 'who talked to them last?'
Summarize calls, suggest replies, autofill templates, included. No extra subscription, no extra tool.
DATEV, Outlook, Google Workspace, common POS systems. We configure, we maintain, you don't.
REST API, webhooks, and common connectors (Zapier, Make, n8n). Plug in your own tools, no vendor lock-in.
Lead nurturing, cross- and upsell workflows, key-account management, NPS tracking. Growth from existing customers, not just new acquisition.
The workshop first, then your track. Every service has a transparent model. The exact number comes after the intro call, here is the orientation.
The starting point. Valuable on its own.
Business analysis, requirements capture and process mapping, plus an audit of tools, security and digitalisation. It ends with a target-process sketch, tool-neutral and usable with any system.
We steer, you decide.
We guide you, steer your implementation partner or take on the build ourselves. Classic product-owner work: concepts, requirements and processes in a continuous mode.
Your system, from building blocks.
A lean base plus the modules you actually need. Pick from the feature catalog, we map all your processes. Priced by real cost instead of per license. So far we've at least halved the cost of comparable systems.
Drag the slider to your team size. We show you the price per plateau, and what you'd save vs classic per-license models.
Example values for illustration. Final pricing depends on usage, modules, and integrations, we walk you through it transparently in the intro call. Plateaus reflect real infrastructure costs (server, storage, backups). The per-license comparison uses €75/user/month as a conservative average for enterprise CRMs.
A short side-by-side, based on what we see every day with customers switching.

General market observation. Specific vendors vary, we're happy to do a 1:1 comparison with your current system.
CRM Concept is a small Saxon GmbH split between Berlin and Pirna. We know each other from our FidorBank years: Corin set up the Salesforce CRM there, Daniel ran payment operations. CRM Concept grew out of that combination, someone who builds the system and someone who has to answer for it in daily operations.
Twelve years in CRM, eight of them in the Salesforce ecosystem. Most recently Senior Technical Consultant at Salesfive for enterprise, nonprofit and Mittelstand projects. Before that, four years of process and CRM ownership at FidorBank in Berlin. Maths at TU Berlin.
Eighteen years in banking as a trained bank clerk and banking business economist, from payments to KYC operations to accounting, in specialist and leadership roles across Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich. A career that pairs operational craft with strategic responsibility. At CRM Concept he owns test procedures, audit discipline and team steering, so changes run reliably even in sensitive day-to-day operations.
Registered in Dresden, Blasewitzer Str. 41. Three hours by ICE between us. One phone line in between.
One question sits at the top: the discovery workshop. Only once your processes are on the table does the tree fork toward a recommendation. Click through, every path starts at the root.
Trace a path
Pick a leaf. The tree lights up the route, and it always starts at the root.
We build on ours.
Whether we guide your CRM or build on ours: The path begins with the workshop. Discovery is not optional, it is the root.
If your question isn't here, ask us directly in the intro call.

Book the workshopWorkshop to go-live typically 8 to 12 weeks, plus an optimisation phase after. It depends on data volume, number of workflows, and integrations. Complex migrations take longer, we'll tell you that in discovery, not after signing.
You choose the region. Default is Germany (Frankfurt), but we can host in any region your compliance team requires. GDPR-compliant setup with data-processing agreement as standard. You retain full control: export anytime as CSV, JSON, or via API.
We size our fee based on what your CRM actually costs us: server, storage, backups, support. Plus a fair margin. More users barely costs us more, so it barely costs you more. No per-user fees, no module math. We walk you through the exact number transparently in the intro call.
Yes. We've migrated from Excel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and common industry tools. Data cleanup is part of the rollout.
12-month minimum, then month-to-month. We want you to stay because the system works, not because of a clause.
No. After the workshop, you choose. CRM guidance means we implement the system you pick or already run. Vendor-neutral, from selection through configuration and integrations to training and governance. Our own CRM is the second track, not a condition. We recommend what fits your processes, and justify it in the requirements profile.
The workshop has a fixed price we name in the intro call, depending on scope and headcount. The deliverables are yours: requirements profile, process maps, audit, usable with any system. If you continue with us afterwards, on either track, the fee is credited in full. You never pay twice for the same thinking.
